Construction Example

Construction Type

Basic construction with body, door and newly developed lifting-lowering hinge. Your benefit from HygienicLine of STEELDESIGN are convincing technical details:

  • Use in the food area and pharmaceutics area
  • BGN-certification according to DIN EN 1672-2:2009 for all components
  • Complete system available (patented slip ring sash, patented lifting-lowering hinge, sandwich seal, HygienicLine attachment system and cable screw connection)

Closing IP66

We offer our HygienicLine housings with a patented closure option:

The material is completely made of stainless steel (AISI304L or 316L) and has no dead zones in which product residue can collect and contamination nests can form.

The sashes offer great sealing between housing and lid due to their cutting ring technology.

Hinges

  • Patented lifting-lowering hinge that ensures best area pressing on the hygiene seal
